Project Overview
Vodafone Egypt, one of the largest telecom operators in North Africa, needed a scalable IPTV and OTT platform to serve its B2B enterprise customers and residential communities. The goal was to provide a unified, operator-branded entertainment ecosystem powered by Minerva Networks, while ensuring reliability, training, and long-term support.
Our Role
Technacy Solutions Lab partnered with Vodafone Egypt to deliver a complete IPTV and OTT ecosystem tailored for operator-scale deployments.
Key Deliverables:
- IPTV with Minerva Platform: Full deployment of Minerva’s IPTV middleware for Vodafone’s B2B customers.
- Set-Top Boxes (STBs): Supply and integration of STBs across Vodafone enterprise and community clients.
- New OTT Platform Development: Custom OTT solution for Gate Communities, enabling streaming on multiple devices with load-balancing for high availability.
